Cloud recording (host)
Sign in to Webex User Hub and go to Recordings. Click the meeting's recording, then Download to save the MP4. A new recording can take up to 24 hours to be ready.
Computer recording
A recording made on your computer is saved as an MP4: by default in Documents on Windows or your Home folder on Mac, or in Downloads on the Webex Suite meeting platform unless you chose another folder. Have an old .arf recording? Convert it to MP4 on Windows with the Webex Recording Converter first; it can't be converted on a Mac.

How do I transcribe a Webex recording?
Download the recording as an MP4, upload it to TranscribTxt, then copy the text or download it as TXT or SRT. Hosts find cloud recordings in Webex User Hub, under Recordings.
